    This was a worthless workout. I can understand targeting a female audience, but weightless biceps curls had me laughing at this. As for the title spot reduction of any fat deposit is a myth so "toning" workouts are thereby myths.

    Eowwch!I typed inΒ  exercises for fibro/ddd patients ,so these were a little tough.Did find if I paused (occasionally:) I managed most ,if not `til the end!
