    Hey Lucy! I am a teenager, relatively fit, I train in the pool every day. I am new to your channel and tried the 20 minute workout from a few days ago. While I was doing it it was quite easy, but around 24 hours after I felt alot of pain in my quads, hamstrings, calf's and ankles. I think it is DOMS but I've never had it this bad before. Going to try a light workout but it still hurts to lift my leg up. What could I try to ease it? πŸ’™
