    All very well but bear in mind that seniors have a whole different set of seat positioning needs, including being able to have feet touch the ground (for steadying/safety) while still not having to bend stiff knees too much on the upswing. That may mean having the seat be further back than would be normal for a young person.

    I adjusted the height but now my seat swivels and comes off whenever I loft the seat!

    So angle should be flat – got it. Height should be leg straight with the heel on the pedal – go it. Position of the seat – what in the hell are you on about? Not really sure what you were doing with that plum line mate.
